Coachella Fashions!!!

Music is the first thing that comes to mind when referring to Coachella. The only problem is that Coachella is no longer JUST about the music. It has become thee place to be and be seen, for both, the fashion and entertainment world. And it is no longer restricted to the festival grounds. The VIP private parties that span from Palm Springs to Indian Wells have become an extension of the festival. These parties cater to an impressive guest list all of which are decked out in fabulous clothes!

I just got back from week 1 of Coachella, and I assure you that everything you hear about this festival is just a taste of how amazing this place is!!!! Now I understand why the trends of the summer have become synonymous with Coachella.  Below I have compiled a list of just a few must have looks that everyone was wearing at the festival and at the parties!

Floral Prints
Go for a modern boho look with flowing floral prints with things like long dresses, kimono
wraps or shirts.
 Anything Fringe
Anything fringe works!

Hats
Whether the hat is floppy or structured, light or dark, anything works! They are both supper stylish and practical.

Denim Cutoff Shorts
Denim cut off shorts can be worn with anything!!! But make sure they are not too short, if your butt cheek shows, get another pair. I also hate to be the bearer of bad news, but not everyone can wear this trend!!!

Hair
Braids, headpieces and scarves. Effortlessly chic!!! It might have taken you forever to style your hair, but it shouldn't look like it. Your hair should not look perfect! It should "look" like you were in saltwater and never washed your hair, hence the term "beach hair" or in this case "desert hair". Feel free to add the embellishments!!!

Sunglasses
Sunglasses are key in a desert with the blaring sun beating on you! Circular and cat-eye frames are two of the most popular styles that were worn. Remember, anything goes!! Be daring!

 Arm Candy
Layering is key...the more you wear the better it looks. But this isn't restricted to just bracelets; same goes for rings! It's not limited to just one finger. You should stack them and wear mid rings they are key to completing the look!

Stay fabulous,
Clia
